These terms govern use of foxracingcanyon.shop and purchases from foxracing. By using the site, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your province or territory, or are using it with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and providing accurate account, billing, delivery, and order information. Notify us promptly of unauthorized account activity.
Products, prices, inventory, and orders
We aim to present product information, availability, and prices accurately but may correct errors. Prices are in CAD unless checkout states otherwise. An order is accepted only when confirmed and may be refused or cancelled because of inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, address issues, legal restrictions, or an obvious error.
Prohibited use
You may not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, access the site unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit false information, or use the service for an illegal purpose.

Liability and consumer rights
